EnterSolve, Inc. has executed a 5 year lease for new office space in Longmont, CO. Building plans have been finalize and contruction is in progress. We expect to occupy the building by June 16, 2008.

Fixed Price Contract
The fixed time, fixed price model offers customers a low-risk option and can be utilized once all project specifications are clear. To facilitate this model, EnterSolve will perform functional and technical requirements gathering on a time and materials basis and deliver requirements document, project plan and a fixed price contract.

Time and Materials Contract
The time and materials model assumes that the clients agrees to pay by the hour for the services delivered. Any project that is performed as a "Work for Hire" is bid on the time and materials model. Typically this model incorporates a "Not to exceed" clause in the statement of work.

A mixture of the above two models can be utilized.
